Every democratic country has its constitution. A constitution is essential for a country. The constitution of India was drafted on 26 November 1948, 71 years ago from now. The constitution of India was implied on our judiciary from 26 January 1950. The day is celebrated as the republic day of India since then. Dr. B R Ambedkar is considered the father of our constitution. He, along with great leaders, created the constitution of India.

The two chambers of the Indian constitution are the houses of parliament that are Lok sabha and Rajya sabha.
The authors of the Indian constitution were Benegal Narsing Rau, the constitutional advisor of the constitution, Dr. B R Ambedkar, the chairman of the drafting committee.
There are 395 articles (at present) in the constitution of India. Although there is 100 amendment till date which increased the articles to 448. The recent amendment was article 370 and CAA and NRC.
The constitution of India has many articles and rights. Some of the rights given in the Indian constitution are-:
1. Right to equality
It states that every individual is equal before the law. Everyone is similar, and no discrimination will be done based on caste, creed, sex, religion, etc. The law will be equal for everyone.
There will be no gender discrimination or caste discrimination in the country. Action will be taken if someone finds a culprit for intolerance.
2. Right to Education
This right gives everyone the right to education.
This law state that everyone, irrespective of their caste, creed, gender, etc., will have the right to education. No one can snatch this right from anyone.
3. Right of freedom
This law state that anybody can go anywhere he wants.
No one is prohibited from doing anything (except the unfair means and criminal activities). Everybody has the right to freely move anywhere and do whatever they like, but their action should be legal according to law.
4. Right to follow any religion and caste
India is a secular country for centuries. Its constitution also allows everyone to follow any religion of their like. No one can force anyone to follow any religion. Everybody is free to choose his faith and also change his religion.
These are some of the articles or rights that the Indian constitution provides to every country's citizens.
