Eyes
The movement of eyes can reveal your personality or mood when you are communicating with someone.
Direct eye contact shows a person’s interest. In contrast, if a person looks downward, it indicates their nervousness.
You can check for dilated pupils to identify their favorable approach.
However, pupil dilation is hard to detect; fortunately, you can be sure of their focused and cognitive effort if you can spot it.
Glancing generally suggests utmost desire of the particular thing.
Looking upwards in the right direction while conversing with someone indicates the person is hiding the truth while looking upwards to the left indicates the person is telling the truth.
The science behind the direction is that; people look up to the right and imagine a story in their brain; on the other hand, when they recollect memory from the brain, they look up to the left.
Head moment
Have you ever noticed head movement while communicating? If not from today, try to make a note.
If the person is frequently nodding his/her head, it shows impatience.
It also indicated that the person is not interested in talking to you and is looking forward to ending the discussion as soon as possible.
Gradual nodding shows, the person is interested in the conversation. However, tilting the head backwards shows a sign of suspicion.

Supporting their heads with one hand shows their interest and focus while supporting two hands indicates boredom.
Smile
Although in a formal conversation, people generally control their natural facial expressions.
