CAT (Common Admission Test) is a national level computer-based exam for the MBA aspirants. This exam is conducted by Indian Institutes of management (IIM) for enrolling candidates into top business schools. This is an entrance level exam held once in the year.
Candidate having Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with 50% marks or equivalent GPA (45% in case of SC, ST, PWD candidates) are eligible.
Exam contains over about 64- 76 questions with marking scheme of +3 for every correct answers and -1 for incorrect answers and 0 for unattempted question.
